Our Simple Online Process Couldn't Be Easier...
Step 1: Place Your Order
Select the design package you desire. We offer a partial yard design, which includes only the front, side, or back yard, as well as a complete yard design of your entire property.
Step 2: Fill Out Questionaire
Tell us about your yard and what you’re looking to achieve. Take photos, share a video of your yard, take a few measurements, and our talented designers will get to work on your project.
Step 3: First Draft Delivered
Roughly two weeks after we start the design process you'll receive your first 3D rendering, which you'll review and be able to request a revision if needed.
Step 4: Final Design Delivered
Your final landscape design will consist of a CAD plan ready for you or your contractor to install.

For starters, unlike the traditional process, our process is simplified and streamlined by conducting and fulfilling every step of your design online. No need for the hassle of scheduling a mutually acceptable time for an onsite visit – just fill out a simple questionnaire and provide a few details and we’re set to go. Most importantly, Vizionscapes is the alternative to the cost-intensive traditional process that you would go through with a landscape architecture firm, which on average will cost $5,000+ for the design itself. Our packages rage from $795 for a single yard design, to $1,295 for a complete property yard design with all the specs for you or your contractor to install.
All of our designers are highly experienced, very creative masters at their craft. They all hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in landscape design and landscape architecture with hundreds of designs under their belt.
We have found that our designers work best when there’s no interruption and can focus strictly on creating and delivering an amazing design. Our client success team will be the point of contact for any inquiries you may have and will be able to relay any pertinent details to your designer.
Sure, it can be – but rarely does that happen. That goes for any type of design project, whether it be interior design, exterior design, landscape design, etc. The final design, which include the CAD plans, will consist of approximate dimensions, materials used, and other design details, but should be considered as a “visual communication” to your landscape contractor – it’s meant to convey your vision. Absolute final decisions and minor adjustments will be made in the field with the help and guidance of your contractor.
One of the pieces of info we require from you is your budget for your landscape project. This will help us come up with a design that will be realistic for you to implement. The last thing we want is to create something that will be completely out of your financial reach. Having said that, ultimately the final cost will be determined by your contractor based on materials you end up utilizing. Remember, your design should be considered a communication tool to convey your vision – and then make any modifications you desire with your contractor.
